Sounds like you had a great trip. Ours as fabulous. We must catch up soon to prepare notes. (our cassoulet in Carcassonne was just dreadful) We will have to try the one at Baguette very soon.

The Brisbane EatSafe star system seems to have sunk without a trace. Baguette was visited last year and awarded 4 stars (out of 5), which we have dutifully afixed to our front door. But I have heard nothing in the press about it, nor has any customer commented upon it.

I found the water come out from em5900 is way too cold to make a decent coffee even setting it manually. Will definite contact sunbeam for this issue.

We visited Baguette yesterday, and while we didn’t complete the tour of the new cider range, we sampled a couple and they were all fantastic. Scott really knows his stuff and has an impeccable palate. We trust his judgement implicitly as he has never failed us yet in selecting wine, and more recently cider, to match our meal. I highly recommend the cider flight to anyone.
